Danny Slick has been arrested on a Federal indictment that he willfully and knowingly lied to FBI agents. This is a great step forward in the investigation of Evelyn's death.

A Special Candlelight Memorial Remembrance

A special candlelight service will be held July 2, 2006, the first Sunday evening after the anniversary of Evelyn Miller's death.

The service will begin at 8 p.m. around Evelyn's memorial statue in the park next to the Floyd Community Center. The public is invited to participate and to remember her. The family would especially like to thank those who participated in the search efforts and law enforcement officers who have also spent thousands of hours on her case.

Many members of Evelyn's family are planning on attending. A quantity of candles will be available. Candles will be lit at dusk.

We would encourage and welcome anyone who wishes to share their memories of Evey to speak.

I can't remember who took this picture of me and my only living Grandpa, but it is sort of cute. Do you notice that he has a bald spot? Ha Ha!



This is my Grandma Linda. She always made me feel special, and I was. She would help me choose clothes and played with me a lot.
